PTA Newsletter - January 2022
All school parents/guardians are automatically members of the PTA, and it’s up to you to choose how involved you will be!

We would like to thank all the new parents/ guardians who have become active in the PTA and encourage everyone to become more active in the PTA. It’s a great way to meet other parents, use your skills and learn new ones. If you have any ideas for fundraisers or if you like to run an event, we would love to hear from you! Please speak to any of the committee members or email us at brookmanspta@gmail.com
Despite the school closing early due to Covid, Father Christmas visited and provided the children with a Christmas treat. Thank you to everyone who helped make the school grounds look so festive. Thank you also to everyone who participated in the Christmas activities and to the businesses in the village who allowed us to hang a Christmas decoration in the window.
We are planning a number of activities for the Spring and Summer terms, including a collection and sale of children’s books for World Book day in March, a collection of unwanted gifts for Village Day and many other activities.
Our goal this year is to raise money to improve the school’s outdoor spaces. As you have seen during drop off and pick-up, many of the outdoor spaces need to be replaced and we are working with Mrs. Davies to ensure our children in all stages have access to new equipment and interactive spaces.
On behalf of the PTA committee, I wish you a healthy and happy New Year!
